Northern Pacific Depot Museum
Shauna Hillman, Director. Open 9-5 daily April 15-October 15. Winter Hours 1-4pm Fri-Sun. Admission, Adults: $3.50 Families: $8.00. The NP Depot Museum is located in downtown Historic Wallace, at the trailhead for the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes. The facility was constructed in 1901 by the NP Railway Company. The Museum has a working Railway Express Agency office with telegraph & telephone equipment. We invite our guests to push buttons to light up the exhibits, ring the bells, and power up the model train set. Then to remember your visit, ring the 4020 engine brass bell in the upstairs turret room.
